We cannot see microscopic things with our eye itself as the magnification and resolution of eyes is not that powerful.Scientists in earlier time,used multiple of lenses or in simple form we can say they used magnifiers to seecertain objects which are not visible with naked eyes.They later upgrade these lenses to high magnification and used in a tube....whay we know them with the microscope. So,noe obvious as cells which are microscopic in size,are invisible to our eyes due to lack of that high magnification,but after discovery of microscope,whixh gives in magnifying view of microscopic cell it become possible to see cell and its internal structure.
