Even though the national government of India did not send Naoroji as an unofficial ambassador, he, however, contributed significantly towards the nation-building. He was, therefore, the face of many in-countries due to his efforts of establishing the London India society in collaboration with other public governance. Due to his efforts, the house of management passed a resolution that favored him in holding the examination in both England as well as India
