Why was everybody happy when Private Quelch was shifted to the cookhouse ?

1) There was no one to pester the author and his friends and the corporal.
2) They finally didn't have any interruption during their tutorials.
3)The Author and his friends didn't have someone who thought he/she was superior to others but had people who thoguth they were all equal.
