because of enequality among all the people as like in aristocracy and lower class people as like a meeting was held to deciede who will be allowed to vot and all high and low classes appear there and high classes like aristocracy and novelity people were allowed to sit but lower classes were said to stand on the back so created a revolutionary feeling and dictatorship was also a reason for it
