Heathcliffe was very happy at the last part of the story because, he had no reason to be sad.. everyone has a role to play in this play of life... Says the author, but I'm pretty sure that that's not the right rason as it feels so wrong... The right answer is that he liked Portia more than Antonio's wife.... But the actual problem here is that Antonio is not even married, not does he have kids, nor the ability for that... He is a female and not a HE ... She is Antonio...
