a castle or fort is a stronghold built by the king and the nobles for protection of their respective cities when ever a city is expected to come under attack all the people from the city take refuge is inside the castle along with useful thing like cattle and food in most cases the castle is situated on a high ground and approach to the castle will be difficult for enemy
