Here  is your answer

Explanation:

The mansabdari system was the administrative system followed by the mughals.Every asricracy was called as mansabdars, with two numerical ranks jat-signifies his position in the whole system and sawar- the number of horse men he had to keep. The mansabdars where payed as direct cash-naqdi mansabdar or as jagir-land whoose revenue was collected by the mansabars which will cover his salary and the maintanance cost of his cavalry. There were two types of jagirsnamely vatan-non transferable and tankha-transferable land.

The non transferable vatans were used to incorporate rulers who were a threat to the mughals. They were allowed to have autonomous powers in matters of administration and were allowed to collect taxes.Through this system they were able to rule auotonomous regions but they accepted the mughal supremacy. This was a tacticused by the mughals to acoid confrontations with regional power houses.

In thelater years of jahangir, after the capture of bjiapur and Golconda the aristrocay of those two king doms were incorporated in to the zamindari system.

Thus this helped them to control large parts without any problems and by recoganizing regional rulers as mansabdars they wre able to avoid clashes with them. This laso helped in ruling a kingdom consisting people of diverse ethnic, linguistic and cultual background.
