Marcus Brutus was a loyal friend of ceasar and a much honoured man in Rome. Romans could be swayed in whichever way Brutus liked to because they trusted him.Brutus had the capability to make false statements against Caesar.He told that Caesar was ambitious and that his love towards Rome is what made him do so. Hence including Brutus seemed necessary to the other conspirators.
