It was with the thought of hesitation that Helen Keller began writing, the story of her life as she did not seem very comfortable in exposing the circumstances of her childhood. Moreover, she also found it difficult to recognize the actual and imagined facts as time has blared many memories of the past and stole many circumstances and events of their vividity. Also, placing vague ideas into words was not a simple task. Apart from this, what seemed to be exiting at the moment of its actual happening lost its importance when she confronted much more happening circumstances as she grew. Hence, sorting the unimportant from the important events also posed an obstacle. She then determined to incorporate the indispensable and fascinating experiences in order to write the memoir of her life devotedly and graph-ically.
