Kezia was dissappointed about the birthday gift he was going to give her father because by mistake and unknowingly she had teared the important paper of her father to fill it inside her self made pin - cushion and for that her father had beaten her very badly. This was the reason for her disappointment

This story is about the relationship of a strict father and his daughter. The little girl Kezia was afraid of her father. Her grandmother wanted her to know her parents better in their free time. One day when Kezia didn't went to school that day her grandmother suggested her to make a pin cushion for her father on his birthday. Kezia made pin cushion by filling it with tearing some important paper which her father had prepared for his port authority. When her father know this he punished Kezia by hitting her with a ruler. Kezia was jealous of McDonald's family who were living next to her door because he was a different kind of father and she wish that she might be Mr. McDonald's daughter. One day her mother becomes ill and got admitted in the hospital her grandmother also went with her mother and she was left all alone with her father. On that day she realised that her father is also good as he saved her from a night mare.

Kezia disappointed about the birthday gift he was going to give to her father because she used some of her father's important paper as its stuffing. So her father become very angry with her. He have even beaten her with rulers. He hit her on her palms.

Kezia was a little girl she was afraid of her father. She found her father brightning because he always found faults with the child. Unlike other father he never played with her and never showed his affection for her. She tried to speak properly while talking to her father but she became consious and it resulted in het shuttering before him. Once kezia tores her father's important papers belongs to her father, so her father become very angry with her. He have even beaten her with ruler. He hit her on her palms. This was too much for the little girl. So he began to hate him. This incident made kezia wonder why God made fathers but the fact was that her father was not cruel to her really. He also loved his daughter like other father. Kezia realised this at the end of the story when her father took good care of her in the absence of her mother and grandmother.
