The Lokpal and Lokayuta Act of 2013 also known as the Lokpal act is an anti-corruption act of indian parliament that basically seeks to provide for the establishment of all the institution of Lokpai in order to inquire into the allegations of corruption against different public functionaries.
Eleven parliamentaries have been formed in order to discuss the Lokpal bill.
Lokpal is ombudsman and lokayukta is set up against corruption . Both Lokayukta and Lokpal is the setup of government for eradicating corruption for the country.
Difference between Lokayuka and Lokpal are as below.
