why was Margie doing badly in geography? what did the county Inspector do to help her?​

Answer:

Margie had doing bad at Geography as the mechanical teacher was geared for a higher level and Margie could not cope up with that. The County Inspector geared the mechanical teacher to an average 10 year level.
