iping seldom had any tourists during the time of winters and was a village far away from city life. the village never had any entertainment source except Teddy Henfary who knew all the burning topics around the doors of iping.
being inn keepers halls went low on economy during winter times. They had no other source of income than inn and bar which was no permanent way of earning a living.
Mrs Hall was a lady who loved to chat and used to feel alone when Mr Hall used to serve the bar. So she was excited that first time they will earn good during winters and would have someone to talk to.
