Developed by the delegates of the Third Estate, the National Assembly was a rebellious association. The assembly was formed by the people of the third estate because they wanted to raise their voices for discrimination, to end the system of feudalism and to form their own party for their rights.

On 5th May 1789, Louis 16 called an assembly of estates general voting for the estate general in the past were conducted for each state as whole.
The 3rd estate demanded for individual votes but king refused to fulfil their demand.
So as a result the people being annoyed ran out of the meeting and declared themselves as national assembly.
