Basically taxonomy is branch of science for identification based on characters. In modern taxonomy we try to incorporate the morphological, biochemical and molecular features of a species/group of species for identification and to find their relationship. The hurdles is in getting the answers on all selected aspects. The other difficulty is software availability, their knowledge and interpretation of results. Another is selection of out group taxon/s. So, for dealing with modern taxonomy it is good to have basic knowledge of APG III classification and genera in relation to species in question. Thanks
