because Nazi killed so many innocent citizens of Germany and torture them especially Jews. Hence Nazi state are also known as criminal state

because they had killed sooo many people that were undesirables in their kingdom. they spread the agenda of discrimination on the basis of their colour, Colour of eyes, hair, etc.
