Reason why Padma was unhappy with her father:

Padma was unhappy with her father because he is more interested to earn more money instead of spending time with her. She felt lonely as she had no siblings. She needs to clear more doubts with her dad, but her father didn’t even care for her.  

He only gives attention to money more than her. One day Padma told her mother that her father is not taking more care, which makes her unhappy with him.
