why was persome angry with marry? (bishops candlestick)

Persome was angry with Marry as she had not told her that Bishop had gone to meet her mother.Actually, Persome was very protective of her brother Bishop and she could not tolerate the fact that her brother had gone to meet Marry's mother (as she was unwell) at that weather and hour of the day, i.e.,in a winter night. Persome thinks that Bishop is too prone to be influenced by anyone and that he is too much innocent that anyone can make him fool and seek his help mostly when they are not at all in the need of it actually.This case was one of them.She wanted him to change this nature of him of helping everyone. But he was unaltered.
