Rizwan was educated but unemployed. He was tired and hungry. He had to earn a job for himself by submitting interviews of five people. He took interview of Kasim, and submitted the report of interview after writing his own name and address. As he walked out of the office he was satisfied that he had work at least for the nest day. He was worried about finding new names and addresses for tomorrow but he was hopeful that he would certainly find a way out and things would change for better. Although Rizwan's day had not been a successful one, we see that he did not lose hope.He knows that he has a long way to go, but he is confident that he will find some way out.

In the story Hunger by Nasira Sharma, we get to see two types of people. Kasim was an uneducated rag seller, who suffered from the pangs of hunger. Again, Rizwan was a educated young man, but he was unemployed. He, too, was a sufferer of Hunger.
Rizwan got a job in the Kihaan newspaper through an acquaintance. He would be considered for the job only if he submitted the interviews with five people along with their names and addresses. On the first day, Rizwan submitted the interview of Kasim to the newspaper office by writing his own name on the interview. He was dejected and tired, and hungry. His pocket was empty. When he came out of the office, he was satisfied that he would come for work the next day. However, the problem of finding another person in the crowded market and making them talk was an ordeal, it was really a difficult task. However, he was optimistic. He thought positively. He thought, that life has to go on, and surely he could find another person the next day for an interview. Thus, due to his optimism, Rizwan thought that he will get the job.
