Answer: Shastri got very angry as soon as the narrator mocked about his not using impeccable knowledge of "Shastra." The narrator quoted that Shastri has acted upon his (the narrator) words rather than utilizing the knowledge of Shastra on which he kept on stressing. At this, Shastri felt ashamed and went angry with the narrator. He then said that it was majorly his Shastra and only a little bit of the narrator's words which assisted him to pick out the right clue.
