Well here small pox was once so feared because:

a) It was a virus which means it's difficult to get a remeady or get cured from it.

b) It can be transmitted very easily via touching those objects who were once touched by anyone else who might or has this virus.

c) It is also not advisable that even if you don't touch anything still you don't go in the room in which a person is suffering.

Well the Indians managed to save their children from this major attack of this virus by:

a) They have not let their children to play outside with others because they don't know when they will touch others while playing so there's a high risk.

b) They have kept their children neat and clean.

We should not fear the disease,

We must fight it.
