Prior to advent of Miss Sullivan into her life,Helen Keller suffered from a constant feeling of anger and bitterness.Being deaf and blind, she felt isolated, which in turn made her insubordinate, temperamental and stubborn. With Miss Sullivan came new hopes, dreams and avenues that were initially considered impossible.Helen learnt everything gradually.Miss Sullivan was a hope for Helen through whom she could learn,Miss Sullivan became Helen's best and close friend and also a mentor .Hence the arrival of Anne Sullivan the most important day in Helen's life is not an over statement.Anne Sullivan moulded Helen into the compassionate, extraordinary human being that she grew up to become. And all this credit goes to Miss Anne Mansfeild Sullivan.
