The elections has been postponed twice finally held October 1951 to February 1952, but this election referred to has the 1952 election since most far of the country voted in January 1952. It took six months for campaigning, poling, and counting to be completed. Half of the population was not voting because of the patriotic nature of the society because most of the women are not even having their own identity. Also, it is the first time the elections are gonna happen in India, and there is more illiterate people in India at that time. As it is the first time no person no how to vote and elect the person for that position. Also, there are no proper rules and regulations in that period. In most paces, it was declared absolute majority with conducting elections, and also there is no political awareness how to their franchise (vote).
