HEY HERE IS YOUR ANSWER

They also took their cattle for grazing in the forests. After the British passed the Forest Acts, The villagers now were denied to cut trees and use the woods. The grazing of cattle was also banned. Thus, villagers became helpless as they always required wood for maintaining their houses and as fuel.....

. Trees and hedgerows are part of our cultural heritage and have always been highly valued by farmers for the shelter they provide for livestock and crops alike. As a farm forest grows, it will help provide important and increasing shelter for adjoining fields (as well as farm buildings and houses). importance of forests cannot be underestimated. We depend on forestsfor our survival, from the air we breathe to the wood we use. Besides providing habitats for animals and livelihoods forhumans, forests also offer watershed protection, prevent soil erosion and mitigate climate change.
