when the narrator (her only companion) started to go in city school she was left all alone at home. she hadno one with her now. and when she came to know that his grand child would be taught music in school, she became really disappointed, as she felt that music is something used by beggars in order to gain some food or money from the bypassers.

because he was only the person to whom Grand mother talk , and they both spend their most of time together they used to go school bus together they feed street dogs they go to Temple this is the reason that after starting going to city school these all the things was Disturbed so the grandmother was not talking to anyone
