The land ceiling act was of the matter, that the government should fix the maximum size of a landholding that a family or an individual can hold. But the following act was unable to get effective even though the government tried, because of the improper implementation.

No doubt that the government tried to initiate the act but as it moves forward, it becomes a huge mess. Not just that, a lack of financial support could be seen.
