National assembly was called by the third estates because when the meeting between all the tree estates was going on the following reasons made the third estate to form a national assembly:-
1) There were no seates for the members of third estates but the nobility and the clergy estates got there permanent seating arrang.
2) The members of section of the third estate like peasants,landless farmers,labour etc were not called to the meeting.
3)All the burden of paying taxes were on them and now, they were thinking of increase taxes which enhances the anger and they form a assembly in a tennis court of Paris to end the monarchy
