The nightingale was impressed by the frog's words because she was timid and had never received such an appluase which she had from the bog. The frog acted as he knwe all the baisics of singing - which he did not but the nightinagle  got influenced as she almost lost her self-confidence and started to believe the others. At last, sh had to die.
