this movement is launched because of ideology of Mr. Mohandas karamchanda Gandhi as he s wrote in a book HIND SWARAJ that British established their rule because of cooperation of Indians if Indians refuse do this than the British government will collapsed with in one year that's why he launched non cooperation movement.
