The postmaster regraded coachman Ali as a mad man as he came daily to the the post office at 4:00 AM in the morning from the last five years. Actually Ali went there as he was waiting for his daughter, Miriam’s letter who left him after marrying a soldier.
After sometime, the daughter of the postmaster fell ill and she was living in an another town. Now, the postmaster was waiting eagerly for her letter to know how she was, and then he understood the feeling of Ali’s heart and felt remorse.
