Why was the primitive atmosphere of Earth more conducive to the origin of life than the modern atmosphere?

Bigg Boss in the primitive atmosphere of Earth there is very less amount of carbon dioxide and every code amount of oxygen but in the modern atmosphere the amount of amount of carbon dioxide is increasing rapidly so which is very harmful for the atmosphere and causing the ozone depletion so we can say that primitive atmosphere is good than modern atmosphere
