Right for property is the human right for owning or possessing property and land under legal terms.It was eliminated from category of fundamental rights and shifted as legal rights. It was made constitutional right as per Article 300 A .
Right to property was eliminated because of 44th Amendment Act of 1978.It was done to make sure that every person can get deprived of the property and also decreasing the boundaries of rich and poor categories for owning land.
