Tipu Sultan, known as the dreaded 'Tiger of Mysore',
was a legend during his lifetime and is still regarded as an
enlightened ruler in India. During the late eighteenth century he
bitterly and effectively opposed British rule in southern India, posing a
grave threat to the East India Company.

One day tipu sultan went out for hunting in the forest with his one French friend. There he came face to face with the tiger. His gun did not work and his dagger also fell on the ground. He battles with tiger unarmed until he pick up the dagger and kill the tiger. After from that day he was known as "The Tiger of Mysore"
