to give ideas and help people with minds soft enough to accept impression to write

They wanted to inspire living writers and provide ideas for them to write ghost stories.
This could only be done to living writers with a mind soft enough to create an impression upon.

Writers bureau was formed because of helping the writers to write stories and if they never use oiza board then this bureau will help writers
