In her earlier life, Helen had been an auther and had often struggled for ideas and inspirations. When she became a ghost, she found many others who had suffered similarly. So she along with many of her fellow beings decided to organise the Writer's Inspiration Bureau to help those writers who were without any ideas. It was purely a selfless service that the bureau members gave to their counter parts.
