◆First of all let me clera that when you say boiling point of water is 100 ℃ that means water will boil at 100℃ .
●If it is at atmospheric pressure. So boiling point of water will depend on the atmispheric pressure of water.
●Now, when you go up on the hills the pressure will decrease so the water will start boiling below ℃ .
●And if the pressure of water is increased then it will start boiling above 100℃.

♦At heigher altitudes the concenteration of gasses decreases and that is why it is hard to breathe at higher altitudes.
♦So with concenteration or density of gasses decreasing while going higher, the atmospheric pressure decreases and that’s the main point.
♦A liquid boils when its vapour pressure becomes equal to the atmospheric pressure.
♦So lower the atmospheric pressure lower will be the boiling point . Hence water boils at temperature less than 100°C.
