Why water does not run out of a droppe runless its rubber bulb its pressed?

Atmospheric pressure acting from oitsode the dropper blances the pressure exerted by water and water dows not come out of a dropper...one pressig the dropper inside pressure of water becomes more than outside atmospheric pressure amd water runs out...hope this helped
