this is so because at room temperature water is not rigid , dont hv fixed shape and hv fixed volume

these all are the characteristics of liquids so water is liquid at room temperature

This is Because , if the temperature is cool it becomes solid when the temperature is hot it is in the shape of liquid example when we keep water in the refrigerator it becomes solid .when we keep water on the stove for bowling it becomes water vapours.
