Scientifically water has 2 molecules of hydrogen and one molecule of oxygen covalently bonded which gives it a ' V shape ' - non linear shaoe. There is no adequate or fullfilling reason as to why water has a structure like this. It's just nature. This questions just like why is the sky so hig?. It's better to keep some things to themselves and not unlock the treasures of mother nature. Hope you understand
