Waterlogging is the saturation of soil with water. Soil may be regarded as waterlogged when it is nearly saturated with water .

Salinity is the saltiness or amount of salt dissolved in a body of water, called saline water.

therefore these both can prevent the growth of the crops. that's why we can say that waterlogging and salanity is a problem for farmers.
