A Small amount of Iron is okay but if there is lot of iron it can cause serious problems.Like We Know that iron and some amounts of ions are required in some amout,just like that Iron should be in the same amount.Large amount of iron can lead to hemochromatosis, which can lead to liver, heart and pancreatic damage, as well as diabetes. Early symptoms include fatigue, weight loss, and joint pain.
