■Basically if we observe here ....we know the the washkng liquid is a dense , slimy and shiny liquid ...which is almost acts a lubricant when it is on any surface area....

■So actually when the ring in our finger is so much tight and can't be removed easily due to the Friction in between the finger and the ring ...thus the ...

■Washing liquid is used as a lubricant to create a slimy surface to avoid the Friction and thus easily the ring can be removed......

we apply washing liquid to remove the ring as it is the concept of friction and lubrication .as washing liquid is dense slippery and shiny which act as a lubricant on the surface
