There are two ways of explaining this : -
= People believe that we are creation of Gods and as per Hindu belief we have 7 rebirth, this is not wrt to other scripts as others believe we go to heal or heaven depending on karma

We all have evolved from single celled to multi, complex celled organisms by constant changes leading to new species ( speciation )
