Why we are giving vaccines for cholera and tuberculosis?

first , what is vaccine ?

vaccine- A medicine which is given to healthy person before getting diease.

==> vaccines are given to helathy persons because to avoid diease.

==> cholera is a water born diease, vibreo cholera is a bacteria which causes cholera diease.

==> if we not consume fresh water we may get cholera.

==> mycobacterium tuberculosis is a bacteria which causes tuberculosis. it is caused when we consume junk food, and etc...

==> To avoid this vaccines are given .

==> vaccines are given only for bacterial diease.

It is an acute infectious and fatal disease it is more common after floods and often occurs as apidemic effecting a large population
it is caused by bacterium vibro choleral.

it is transmitted through contaminated food and water and house flies

symptoms are

kidney failure due to loss of minerals salt and body fluid

vomiting , dehydration muscle cramps,
and weight loss

control

use of ORS to prevent dehydration use of antibiotics like tetracyclin...


Tuberculosis:

Tb is an infectious disease transmitted from person to person it is caused by bacteria mycobacterium tuberculosis
the bacteria releases a toxin called tuberculin

it is transmitted by coughing sneezing and spitting

it can be prevented by ATT ( Anti - tubercular therapy )

immunization with BCG ( bacillus calmetted gurin ) it gives immunity for 3 to 5 years...
