why we called as uncle to other unknown person as Uncle is known as our father brother

In English language, usually all reltions are called Uncle or aunt, prefixed with generation or degree of relation. Common name for either of the parents brother is Uncle. But if more specification is required then Father's brother will be termed as Paternal Uncle and Maternal Uncle will be Mother's brother.

that is how people respect each other in this country. people respect men as uncle and even elderly as grandpa no matter who they are. greeting other people with relation always makes them comfortable as it is a way of saying that 'you are one of us'
