why we cannot hear an eco in a small room?? plz help me

there are certain things which should be followed to get echo like
the distance btw u n wall should be 17 m
in rooms there will be heard bcoz sound is absorbed

Hey friend here is ur answer⤵️⤵️

This is because of the lack of echos. ... If there are hard walls there will be an echo of the sound bouncing off the wall but because the sound bouncing is so close to the original it's harder to detect. If you have asmall room with soft furnishings (carpets, curtains, sofas) most of the sound is absorbed anyway.......
