No, we can not.
They're wild animals and the characteristic they will never loose. Even being raised from a cub, its basics instincts of wildness as a natural predators will never vanish. They are born hunters. They cannot be make pets, unless you want to take undesired risk. It is better to have a smaller cousin of the Great Cats, a domestic cat, if you need a pet. Guaranteed that you will enjoy them a lot more.
