Because when the Heart stops beating the blood flow stops that means all the works that take place in our body stops(Ex- Breathing,Digestion, etc)

And second the dead body starts decaying after few hours due to the micro-organism present around us.

Heya
here your answer...
First of all, what's the definition of being alive? Can you call a breathing person alive? Is a beating heart a sign of being alive?
The answer to both of them is No.
The criteria for someone being classified as 'alive' is that their brain is in a fully functional condition. If a person is "Brain dead" you won't be able to revive them(for now). Brain dead people can have their hearts and lungs actuated by machines and appear to be alive. Their body will feel warm and some reflex actions like dilation of the eye may persist, but the essential force for their independent survival i.e the brain will be out of order. So if you really want to revive a person, you will have to revive their brain. Doctors are yet to figure out how to revive a dead brain, because unlike the mechanical actuation of the heart and the lungs, the brain runs on electrical impulses. Some comatose patients have been revived by use of electrical discharges to the brain, but a proper method hasn't been found as of yet.
Most people die of oldage, because of multiple organ failure. If you could replace their organs with new ones and given that their body accepts it, one could live for as long as the brain functions.
hope it helps...✌✌
