As we know though hibiscus is a bisexual plant it won't give fruits.Though they produce seeds they are mostly infertile.Hence these are propagated through vegetative propagation. So cutting is a method involved in this vegetative propagation in which a portion of stem, leaf or root is detached and propagated and when the cut tip if exposed to air will start growing into a new one.
