You'll mostly be eating raw fruits, vegetables, and grains. The idea is that heating food destroys its nutrients and natural enzymes, which is bad because enzymes boost digestion and fight chronic disease. In short: When you cook it, you kill it. Some fans of raw food diets believe cooking makes food toxic.

We don't cook fruits because if we eat them raw we can get many nutritions for boosting immunity and also there taste is good enough to be eaten raw.

We cook vegetables, because in raw form they have too much of roughage and cellulose which is not healthy for our digestive system and also they taste bad when eaten raw.
